Their close work with students led them to create the Go Internship, a ten month leadership training program that they operated for six years.
In 2012 they felt their hearts calling them to sell all and move to South America. Greg, Christa, and their two year old son Zion moved to Ecuador in the fall of 2012. Once on the ground in the capital city of Quito they launched a missions base to serve the city. Within months they launched Submerge.tv a ministry training/cultural immersion program. Submerge.tv continues to operate today.
As a result of the many outreaches that were occurring in Quito through Submerge, the Bacas saw the need to plant a different kind of church. In March 2015 ONE UIO was launched in partnership with Camilo Velasco a friend and local pastor in Quito.
In the fall of 2016 the Bacas handed over all ground operations to their staff in Ecuador and returned to Tulsa, OK where they run Go International today. They are excited about this new phase of life as they launch this new movement - ONE TUL.

Married in the Spring of 2003, the Baca’s returned from their honeymoon and immediately launched Go International, Inc,. a non profit organization, with a mission to equip people to impact the world. To date, Go International has worked in more than 25 nations of the world.
In their early years, the Bacas focused on college aged short term mission/service trips around the world.

We believe in One God,
the Father Almighty,
Maker of Heaven and Earth,

And in one Lord Jesus Christ,

begotten, not made;
of one essence with the Father,
by Whom all things were made;
Who for us men and for our salvation

and was incarnate of the Holy Spirit and the Virgin Mary,
